Where are you located?
We are located near the Napa Airport at 700 Technology Way, Napa, CA 94558.
From San Francisco: I-80 E to the CA-37 W toward NAPA. Take the CA-29 exit- EXIT 19- toward NAPA/DOWNTOWN VALLEJO. Continue to follow CA-29 N. Turn LEFT onto AIRPORT BLVD. Turn RIGHT onto AIRPARK RD. Turn LEFT onto TECHNOLOGY WAY.
From Downtown Napa: NAPA VALLEJO HWY / CA-221 S. LEFT onto CA-12 E / CA-29 S. SLIGHT RIGHT onto AIRPORT BLVD. Turn RIGHT onto AIRPARK RD. Turn LEFT onto TECHNOLOGY WAY.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open regular business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. We are closed all major holidays.
Can we visit?
We love visitors, because we love an excuse to open wine. Call or email for an appointment to visit our Napa office and warehouse (707-255-4390, sales@cephrus.com).
What is pre-arrival?
Many of our offerings are specifically noted as pre-arrival, with expected arrival dates. This usually means 6-8 weeks, but can sometimes be longer for shipments from Europe. We always do our best to get these wines into our warehouse as quickly as possible while protecting the integrity of the wine.
Can I pickup my orders?
You are welcome to personally pick up your order. If you live in the Bay Area or are visiting from out of town please give us a call and we will prepare the wine for your arrival.
Where can you ship?
We ship almost anywhere in the world. If your state or country is not on the list at checkout, just email sales@cephrus.com to discuss additional options.
Do you provide storage of my wines?
We provide storage only during the warm summer months, because of the difficult shipping temperatures. Once the temperatures subside in the Fall (usually mid October here in California) we then begin shipping orders as efficiently as possible. When the conditions are right we look to ship all orders, mostly because we figure our customers are mighty thirsty!!
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
